Descripció modifica
Hàbitat modifica
És un peix marí, demersal i de clima temperat que viu entre 25-520 m de fondària (normalment, entre 80 i 180).[5][8]
Distribució geogràfica modifica
Es troba al Pacífic nord-occidental: des de Hokkaido (el Japó) fins a l'oest del mar de Bering.[5][9][10]
Longevitat modifica
La seua esperança de vida és de 9 anys.[5]
