Fa 9 cm de llargària màxima.^[5]^[6]

Hàbitat modifica

És un peix marí, demersal i de clima temperat que viu entre 4 i 100 m de fondària.^[5]^[7]

Distribució geogràfica modifica

Es troba al Pacífic nord-occidental: des de Hokkaido fins al nord del mar del Japó i l'oest del mar de Bering.^[5]^[8]^[9]^[10]^[11]

Observacions modifica

És inofensiu per als humans.^[5]
