Morfologia modifica

Hàbitat modifica

És un peix marí, de clima tropical i associat als esculls de corall.[4][6]

Distribució geogràfica modifica

Es troba a Austràlia, Txagos,[7] les Illes Cook, Guam, Hawaii,[8] el Japó,[9] Kiribati, les Maldives,[10] les Illes Marshall, Maurici, Nova Caledònia, Reunió, les Seychelles i Tonga.[11][12][13][14][15][16][17]

Observacions modifica

És inofensiu per als humans.[4]
