«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры из герба Красногвардейского сельского поселения, выполненные синим, красным, жёлтым и белым цветом». Описание герба: «В рассечённом червлёном и лазоревом поле — серебряный летящий вправо с воздетыми крыльями орёл над золотым возникающим солнцем, имеющим попеременно сдвоенные короткие прямые лучи и удлиненные лучи в виде головок колосьев, диск которого обременён лазоревым бьющим из середины нижнего края поля фонтаном о двух сдвоенных струях».
