| Descripció |
English: This is the sketch of a young man who was seen several times all day at Lake Berryessa by young women and other individuals, prior to the evening that Cecilia Shepard was brutally tortured and murdered by the Zodiac, Her boyfriend Brian Hartnell survived, but was made to watch as the Zodiac repeatedly stabbed Cecilia. This sketch looks exactly like the individual 'Charlie' that was identified by Name and High School in coding found in the Zodiac Letters and Cards by Steven Butler. That information has been submitted to law enforcement. The Zodiac is still an open case for the FBI, SFPD, Vallejo PD and the Sheriffs Department who responded to Lake Berryessa Murder. |
