Morfologia modifica
Hàbitat modifica
És un peix d'aigües profundes que viu entre 846-1300 m de fondària.[4]
Distribució geogràfica modifica
Es troba a l'est de l'Índic, el sud d'Austràlia,[6] Nova Zelanda[7][8] i la costa sud de Sud-àfrica.[9][4]
