Morfologia modifica
Hàbitat modifica
És un peix marí, de clima tropical (22 °C-27 °C)[6] i associat als esculls de corall que viu entre 5-20 m de fondària.[4][7]
Distribució geogràfica modifica
Es troba a Austràlia, la Xina, Indonèsia, el Japó, les Maldives, Nova Caledònia, Papua Nova Guinea, les Filipines, les Seychelles, el Sudan, Taiwan, Tanzània, Tailàndia i el Vietnam.[8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22]
