Morfologia modifica
Hàbitat modifica
És un peix marí i d'aigües subtropicals que viu entre 100-550 m de fondària.[3]
Distribució geogràfica modifica
Es troba a l'Atlàntic oriental, l'Àfrica Oriental, la costa occidental de Madagascar, el Japó,[4] Indonèsia, el nord-oest d'Austràlia,[5][6][7][8] el Mar de la Xina Meridional i el Mar de la Xina Oriental.[9][10][11][3][12][13]
