La revolta, tot i que no va tenir cap repercussió més enllà del Regne de València i del Regne de Mallorca (tret d'alguns aldarulls relacionats a [[Catalunya]]), va tenir com a conseqüències més directes l'acceleració del procés centralitzador autoritari monàrquic, la progressiva pèrdua de poder de l'oligarquia nobiliària valenciana, i una forta reducció dels drets del poble valencià.
