Morfologia modifica

Reproducció modifica

És ovovivípar.[3]

Alimentació modifica

Menja principalment peixos osteïctis, calamars, polps, gambes i ofiuroïdeus.[4]

Hàbitat modifica

És un peix marí d'aigües profundes que viu entre 451–900 m de fondària.[1][4]

Distribució geogràfica modifica

Es troba al Japó,[5] Filipines[6][7][8][9] i Austràlia Occidental.[1][10][11][12][13]
