Español: Ante la negativa de los matsés a dejar ingresar a los madereros y funcionarios de gobierno, Fernando Belaunde ordena que la fuerza aérea “solucione” este problema como lo hacían los norteamericanos en Vietnam, dadas las características del territorio. Algunos colonos para decir que avisaron, colocaron carteles en algunas malocas con el siguiente texto: “Se pone en conocimiento de los habitantes de esta zona que si en caso de seguir cometiendo crímenes y robos… serán exterminados por bombas… que serán lanzados por la aviación y las fuerzas terrestres que harán lo propio. Si cambian de actitud serán recibidos con los brazos abiertos en el seno de la civilización, así lo ha dicho el presidente de la república Fernando Belaúnde Terry”. Los habitantes no sabían español y menos leerlo…

Warning: The Peruvian copyright law of 23 April 1996 repealed law 13714, in its transitory provisions it indicates that only "[the works still] protected in accordance with the previous law, will enjoy the most extensive terms of protection recognized in this Law" and denies retroactive effect.
Note: Note: The cases of anonymous photography and amateur video are "media not appropriate to their nature" and therefore are not protected by law as authors in the Andean Community. But, scripts, scores and other artistic interpretations could be separately protected by natural or legal entity.
