Deutsch: Biosynthese von dTMP aus dUMP. Bei dieser Reaktion wird N5-H10-Methylen-THF zu 7,8-Dihydrofolat umgesetzt. Dieses wird zu THF reduziert und reagiert mit Serin zu N5-H10-Methylen-THF. |
