Hàbitat modifica
És un peix marí, de clima tropical i associat als esculls de corall.[1]
Distribució geogràfica modifica
Es troba des del Mar Roig fins a les Illes Marshall, el sud del Japó, el sud de la Gran Barrera de Corall, Nova Caledònia i la Micronèsia.[1][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18] [19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26]
