Sebastes joyneri és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels sebàstids i a l'ordre dels escorpeniformes.[1]

És de fecundació interna[2] i vivípar.[3]
Alimentació modifica
El seu nivell tròfic és de 3,09.[4]
Hàbitat i distribució geogràfica modifica
És un peix marí, demersal i de clima temperat, el qual viu al Pacífic[5] nord-occidental: el Japó (les prefectures de Niigata i d'Iwate),[6][5][7][8][9][10][11] Corea del Sud,[12][13] Taiwan[14][15] i la mar del Japó.[5][16][17][18][19][20]
Observacions modifica
És inofensiu per als humans[19] i el seu índex de vulnerabilitat és d'alt a molt alt (66 de 100).[21]
