Depredadors modifica
És depredat per Platycephalus speculator, Phalacrocorax melanoleucos, Phalacrocorax sulcirostris i Phalacrocorax varius.[6][7]
Hàbitat modifica
És un peix de clima temperat i bentopelàgic.[4]
