Lower left shows side view of the binding pocket with B2-Microglobulin on the lower left and peptide (yellow) at the top. Second view (Top right) shows the peptide binding pocket looking strait down. The image is derived from the work of:Blicher, T., Kastrup, J.S., Pedersen, L.O., Buus, S., Gajhede, M. (2006) Structure of HLA-A*1101 in complex with a hepatitis B peptide homologue. Acta Crystallogr., Sect.F 62: 1179-1184. The image is rendered with PDB ProteinWorkshop 1.5.
