Apcbg: what are the zodiacs, or the zodiac vaixells (zodiac ships??), is that a mistranslation or is there such a thing?? --Alonso 22:56, 12 jun 2006 (UTC)

Many thanks for your kind help. Hopefully not a mistranslation this time! The zodiacs are the inflatable rubber boats (not ships) widely used in Antarctica – practically the only type of small boat popular there. The word zodiac is the same in most languages, and seems to appear in Catalan texts [1] [2] [3] as well. Apcbg 08:52, 13 jun 2006 (UTC)
