Morfologia modifica
Alimentació modifica
Menja principalment invertebrats, especialment larves d'insectes.[6]
Hàbitat modifica
És un peix d'aigua dolça i de clima temperat (12 °C-24 °C).[4][7]
Distribució geogràfica modifica
Es troba a Àsia: l'Afganistan,[8] el Pakistan,[9][10][11][12] l'Índia,[13] el Tibet i el territori de l'antiga URSS.[14][15][4][16]
