Hello Pere. Yes this image does depict John Owen of Clenennau, and is a copy of a portrait seen by Pennant at Porkington. This is explained on the page following the portrait in the Tour in Wales volumes. File:Thomas Pennant, A tour in Wales02904.jpg Thanks!
