Bon dia!

The Technical Wishes team from Wikimedia Germany is deploying an additional feature to Kartographer: soon it will be possible to show nearby articles on a map in an article page. As you have been providing useful feedback on the features in the previous templates focus area,

would Catalan Wikipedia again like to be among the first wikis to test the show nearby feature?

The feature will be available on the first wikis presumably at the end of September or beginning of October. More information can be found on the project page, questions and discussions are welcome here.

Please let me know here if you are in favor or there are some concerns,

A mi, com a usuari de mapes, em sembla bé. Suposo que pot tenir un impacte important en recursos, però només quan s'obre el mapa per navegar i, a més, es prem un botó. És semblant al que tenim a les llistes de patrimoni, però ja integrat dins el mapa i limitant-lo a que tinguis article per aquell punt.

Pot ser útil, i si s'activa o desactiva amb un botó que per defecte està desactivat, no li veig cap inconvenient. O sigui, per mi endavant amb la prova.

Moltes gràcies per les vostres respostes. Dos vots no és un senyal molt clar, però com que tampoc hi ha veus vots en contra, ho interpreto com un sí. Així que inclouré cawiki al grup de wikis de prova i a aquesta tasca Phabricator. No obstant això, si sorgeixen dubtes o una opinió contrària, si us plau, feu-m'ho saber fins a finals d'aquesta setmana. El desplegament es farà la setmana vinent.
