Hàbitat modifica

És un peix marí, de clima subtropical i demersal que viu fins als 201 m de fondària.[1]

Distribució geogràfica modifica

Es troba al Pacífic oriental: des del nord de la Colúmbia Britànica (el Canadà) fins al centre de la Baixa Califòrnia (Mèxic).[1][4][5][6][7][8][9]

Observacions modifica

És inofensiu per als humans.[1]
