El Globus d'Or al millor actor dramàtic (anglès: Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama) és un premi de cinema atorgat per la Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Com a categoria individual, s'atorga des del 1951. Abans d'aquest any, només existia una sola categoria: Millor actor, però al 1951, es va dividir i se'n van formar dues, la de millir actor dramàtic i la de millor actor musical o còmic.
